Hi, I’m Megan (they/she).
I’m a nonprofit consultant who helps small, mission-driven organizations build strong, inclusive, and sustainable teams.
I specialize in human resources, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging), and organizational development—because I believe the way we treat people inside an organization should reflect the justice we’re fighting for on the outside.
A Little About Me
I’ve spent my career in administration and nonprofit work—from operations to HR to volunteer management and fundraising. I know what it’s like to juggle ten priorities with limited resources, and I’ve seen how burnout and unclear systems can derail even the most passionate teams.
That’s why I started this consulting practice: to help organizations like yours build internal systems that are clear, compassionate, and aligned with your values. Whether you need help writing inclusive job descriptions, planning staff training, reworking your org chart, or just figuring out what “DEIB” means for your team, I’m here to help—without judgment or jargon.

I offer in-person services in Oklahoma and North Texas and work remotely with teams nationwide.
